I guess the title says it all? Just wondering if a second regular speed no Tourney arena is in the works, and if so, when it is slated to begin?

First, I am going to help RSI get arena 83 up and running.
After that, I will talk to Lee and ask about a mirror to arena 81, Launching some time after the summer FTF, Lee seems to like to start things after tournaments.
