I hate to throw a friend under the bus, but I don't really like WeaponMasters.

My favorite so far would have to be Bloodgames.

They would get alot more hits to the website if they changed the name to War of Worldcraft.

I like this one personally, but it is coming up as a name for a PC game, as well as a class in Warcraft III.

Bloodgames is good, I like that one too.

I may be Andorian, but I can't escape the reality of a good name. It's not like I'm going to suggest 'Plasmagames' or something stupid like that because 'blood' doesn't thrill me.

Most managers that attend FtFs, and quite a few that don't, run in the Bloodgames when offered. As this is an already accepted part of the game itself, and has a wide following that consistently participates, why not name the whole game after one of the more fun activities offered?

I support Bloodgames.

In honor of the Andorians and assorted sissies: "Pillowfight" has my vote.

I could think up something equally deriding towards Larqs, but they wouldn't or couldn't understand. They'd just think it was 'cool'.

That's one story, but the other I hear was they were threatened a lawsuit from the group and caved even though we know who started the DM name. Which is true, I don't know.

Thougnt I'd dredge this thread up, see if anyone has anything new to add. Perhaps it could be brought up in the online chat?

I think my favorite is "Blood of Champions." BOC for short...

BoC rings a bell.... in Everquest it was at one time the best warrior weapon in the game:

Blade of Carnage!

Blood Games isn't awful. Duel 2 is awful. It isn't like Gladiators have faded from the popular imagination. Something simple like Blood Games could work but what would the pitch be like? Duel 2 though? Nuh-uh. Oh! Hey they could actually ask someone who knows how to advertise. I hear people actually go to school for that stuff. Hmmm.
