It will likely happen one day, there just needs to be enough warriors to populate it. You might be able to make it happen faster if you could get enough managers to pledge X warriors to it. There are a lot of inactive ADM warriors who have never seen a tourney.


I think it would spur alot of attention. I know I have over 40 graduates and most are retired because they can't compete with Primus bound "tourney babies". If it were in an arena, that would probably much resemble 101, where I knew I was matching up with warriors not good enough to make people's tourney rosters I have some old fave warriors who I might have fun running again. You might have to allow for "no tourney after graduation" so that some skill farmers and such could still get in. Just make them tourney ineligible from entering the arena onward, if you do enter a tourney your back to the regular ADM arenas never to return.
