Anybody got em? Or is anybody (Like RSI did for the winter Face) going to be posting the results as they come out?

Granted, I wasn´t there, so I don´t have any interesting airport
stories to tell like Dwayne did. But, here´s my random comments from
the 12 guys I ran plus talking to Doc Steele.
Gateway: It was VERY surprising to hear that Furious didn´t even
TV. That was good because Psycho didn´t have to fight him. It was
equally surprising that Psycho went undefeated. I fully expected to
take at least one loss from the likes of Tarad, Lazar Wolf, Miphon,
Legacy, etc. They were close, well-fought fights, but somehow Psycho
managed to come out clean.
Primus: I was absolutely thrilled for Doc Steele! Being a good
friend, I know how long and how hard he has worked at TCing Primus.
He could have moved Iron Princess to Gateway along with the rest of
his crew, but he wanted to win Primus. His diligence finally paid
off.
Eligibles: My lone eligible went an unspectacular 3-3, but got three
trains in the process, so he is set up better for next time. I think
one of his losses was the runner-up (Ja´kla).
ADM: Three warriors sent for development. One went 6-3-1, the
others didn´t make it to Sunday, and they trained for crap. I´ll
have to seriously re-evaluate this class for next tourney.
Freshmen: As expected, Cosmic Hammer had an easy time. He did get
hit a number of times. Okay, once. In round three. But his 20 con
came in handy a different way. I was surprised at how many TP´s
there were. CH´s tremendous endurance allowed him to keep going for
the five minutes it took to pound them into submission. Other late
rounders were wearing a lot of armor as well (WS, LU´s). Cosmic
Hammer finished his easy training, and at the end of the tourney
looked something like: 12(2)-20(17)-9-25(4)-25(4)-7(2)-17(2) [7 in
this tourney], about 230 skills. It was particularly satisfying to
have the final fight against the warrior that eliminated my other
Freshman (a sandbagger that got inducted). Killer Joe did manage to
win at least eight straight fights to get to the finals, though, so
he deserves kudos for that. (He was 3-2 after five rounds.)
Champions: 2-3 and 3-3 are not good for baggers trying to learn
skills. Didn´t expect to have much of an impact here, and I was
right.
Adepts: I fought one guy in order to get skills for the contest in
Talcama. Unfortunately, he went 1-3, learning only 5 skills. More
unfortunately (at least for those in the Talcama Battle Royale),
Hoffa´s Sherco, also in the Talcama contest, TC´d and certainly
learned more than 5 skills. I think that takes him off my challenge
list.
Initiates: Again, one guy from Talcama in order to get skills. This
one was a little better going 3-3. (I still don´t think he´ll beat
Sherco, though.)
Apprentices: Skipped it. No comments.
Novices: It´s debateable, but I think I cost myself a TC by not
being at the FTF. Absolute Zero (again, from the Talcama contest)
had a great run, but fell short. He ran into the runner-up TP s*****
in round 8, and since I was 7-0, I certainly would have modified for
him. I lost again to the same warrior the same way in round 14. I
think I would have won both those fights if I had been there to
modify my strategy. Absolute Zero also lost in round 13, but I don´t
know to who or how because that one fight was missing from the
stack. So, I´ll settle for the 11-3 Talcama TV. It will help in the
contest. (But, somehow, I don´t think he´ll beat Sherco either.)
No Rookies.
So, for not being there, I had a pretty good FTF. We´ll see what the
next tourney brings.

Heh, Freshmen. I´d have loved to see Melkor go 5 minutes, but I guess that´s what I get for trying to swing.
