4-12-9-9-15-10-11 ---> 6-12-9-15-21-10-11 LU, ST, or SL. I'd likely burn ST up to 7 or maybe 8 if I had to to avoid little damage.
7-13-15-10-15-6-4 ---> 7-13-15-15-21-6-7 SL. I had one very similar to this that ran using a HA and did quite well and was very fun to play.

#1 Lots of interesting, unconventional options, of which we'd probably do what you are doing as a SL. HOWEVER, for wins, we'd probably go the
10-16-9-9-19-10-11 TP-scum-burner route.
#2 The 7-13-15-15-21-6-7 Ha-SL route is what we'd probably do.

I like your numbers for the 1st one, except I would make it a PL. ST too low to use the LO (for the LU version) and too much CN for me to like it as a SL. An alternative is 10-14-9-9-21-10-11 TP
As for the second, I would probably go with : 9-13-15-13-21-6-7 LU
