After 18 months away I'm returning to Duelmasters and wondering what I've missed. Any big changes in the past 18 months? Any small changes?

Nothing really noteworthy worth mentioning. It continues on as before. |

Go to DM 10. 82 has really sucked for 18 months. |

I have a team in 10 and a few guys in there I need to get properly timed for the FtF so Way of the Sword C3 will be active there shortly. |

Last 18 months we see .........
... continued rise of the AB as seemingly superior style
... a lot more ambidextrous warriors around (after last Mailer)
... A whole slew of arena "tournaments/events" oing on - has become "the way"
... A Team in DM46 became the first with 1000 wins
... An embarrassing grudge match at/after the last FTF in Tempe whereby FONZ and Friends had far superior warriors and managed to get out-strategized by "The World"
etc. |

What is "The World?" They weren't around 18 months ago.
Has conventional wisdom changed on Aimed Blows? When last I looked at the style it was thought that if you designed one with anything less than a 21 deftness that you were wasting attack skills that could never be recovered. |

"THE WORLD" was a "collection of people/alliances that "took on" the FONZ and friends. It was merely a designation - not a real alliance.
The 21 DF aimer is still a primary priority, but the "sense" that there is far more to the aimer than 21 DF, and far more value there than originally thought, is what it appears to be all about. Primus seems to be the fueling grounds, but look at the much larger than in the past amount of AB's in tournaments. |
