I sent a guy to the dark arena because I did not like his name and got this back. Here's what I think of it:

I think it is crappy no matter what I do to it. I will take any suggestions.

I would probably go:
11-14-7-7-7-10-14 --> 12-18-7-13-7-10-17 PR
The plus side is that you can see bonuses in 5 skill areas from the initial overview. The downside is that he is very likely to end up crappy.

This is just exactly what we would do.
It just might pleasantly surprise you.
And, then, it might not.

This rollup can win in several ways. As the Consortium suggests, guys like this can be very surprising. On the other side, it is quite likely you'll get something equal or better if you do decide to send him to the DA.
I'd probably roll this as 15-15-7-13-9-10-15 B, though there are plenty of variations and several style choices.

I'll go with the PR and if it learns well (style/skill) and not completely hosed, maybe I will keep it. If not the last two suggestions well be implemented.
