Okay I have been thinking about the requirements for being voted into the HOF from the veterans list and here are my thoughts.
Vote will take place once a year.
Should it be only active teams that can vote or any team from DM 81?
Each Manager/Team can vote for X warriors on the ballot and CANNOT vote for their own warriors. (I was thinking 3 votes)
For a warrior to be inducted into the HOF from the veterans list they have to receive votes on atleast X% of the ballots cast that year. (I was thinking 50% or should it be a minimum of X votes? This also means their could be multiple warriors making it or no warriors making it)
The vote will also be used to eliminate those warriors note receiving votes from future ballots. (I was thinking, if a warrior receives zero votes 2 years in a row, they are removed from the veterans list.)
Comments or Suggestions?

I think it should only be managers that have graduated a warrior from 81 or if they haven't graduated a warrior yet have X number of fights in the arena. AND, only managers that have graduated a warrior should be able to vote if they are inactive. Just my thoughts. I think a either one shows a familiarity with DM 81 and keeps the voting on the up and up.
