A fun one with lots of possibilities, from one of my regular arenas:
15-5-11-13-13-4-9
My first thought was to go 17-5-11-17-17-4-13 WS, which would need some stat training in CN just to get good endurance. Another possibility is 15-9-11-17-17-4-11 WS, which is of course a lot more survivable and should start with good endurance. Could make a good offensive too, but I'd want to add some SP in that case, such as 15-5-11-17-17-8-11.

For my money I'd probably go 21-5-11-17-17-4-9 LU/SL/BA/ST in that order. If I were better at them I might go PS or even PL but I can barely run traditional designs for these 2 styles.
I'd trade the skills at 11DF for 17WL, especially longer term for a LU or SL by giving it more skills to burn quicker as a Freshman, and a 17 WL to do it with. If this guy gets Awesome damage it will simply obliterate defensives and with either a DEC bonus/learn it can take on all but the fastest styles heads-up or DEF or RIP bonus/learn and it can handle the pure offensives by defending then throwing a killer blow at the first oppurtunity, can carry armor to cover the 5 CN and probably great endurance.
I wouldn't want my godling/"Tourney baby" meeting this thing in the arena or a tourney. Sure it's beatable but it's also just plain sick and only needs one shot to win/kill!

I think the 2 points from 15 ST to 17 ST getting you from Good +/- to Great +/- is a pretty big improvement for your points.
I would go with either:
17-7-11-17-17-4-11 hybrid/defensive
17-5-11-17-17-6-11 pure offensive
As for style, it looks like it can be anything but AB, so you are on your own.

I went with 17-5-11-17-17-6-11 BA cause I like Bashers and I've done well with worse. Plus he can use the big can opener (HL)
That 21-5-11-17-15-4-11 is intriguing, and I almost went with it. As a Lunger it'd start with Expert Attack and good endurance, but so slow... I had my fill of 4-11 offensives I think.
