Turn 127

Just got my turn yesterday. Yeah, you read that right. I just got last turn the day the next turn is due! I hate my USPS distrubution center!

If you do get a "visit" from me this turn, know that you were supposed to get it last turn. I didn't send in new strats.

Here is hoping the newbies in my stable are worth keeping around for many turns to come. I don't even remember what I made them now its been so long.

Wow! 1-4-0.... not what I expected, all things considered. It definitely seemed to me that Patroclus' favorite fighting rhythms and weapon (a morningstar??? REALLY??) are detrimental to his efforts.

Since I didn't worry much about challenges or avoids this last time (in a hurry to get my turns in) I guess I deserve the results. Hopefully I can make it all better next turn.

So i guess the pledge is a thing of the past? None too happy about bash brothers running one guy and taking an award from me. guess I'll just have to kill that one guy and his team will disappear.

That is Assur's team and he didn't send in any strats so he doesn't even know how he ran, just FYI

3-2, barely. Nearly lost the bloodfeud vs. Laodameia. Girl's got some skills. Also managed to scum another of Floyd's aimers, on his challenge. Ironically, my scum learned an attack skill in the fight.

4-1 on another maintenance turn. Now that I am done with football I should be able to get back in the swing of things and get some challenges and strat changes done.

It must be nice to get your fights...Its is Wednesday and the mailman did not bring Shadowspire. I got 21 and 29 in the mail yesterday, strange that they run on the same day and it has not arrived. Be nice to get HW someday too.

I also have not received the turn yet ..usually get on Saturday

Has anyone else not received their turn yet or is it just me? Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all of the extra work that RSI puts into the Shadowspire newsletter, I would just like to see my fights and learns before I have to send in the next turn's strats.
A question: My strats from last turn did not get there in time. I sent in new strats for the next turn; will they override any changes in strategy for the upcoming turn or will the newest strats go towards the following turn?

The newsletter does not go out any later because of the extra work the ladies put into it. Your issues will be with the USPS and not RSI on this issue. Just as a warning, it's only going to get worse as the holiday season gets into full swing and even worse than that if you live in a rural area.

My previous turn sat in a USPS hub for two weeks before it was delivered to me for turn 126. I actually got it the day turn 127 was due while everyone else had theirs in hand. I got turn 127 on Monday after the run date as did lots of others, which leads me to believe its the mail and not the ladies with yours.
