For all errors, we need confirmation from RSI that it was their mistake. Probably Sandy is the best person to start with, though she may direct you to Judith for the personal ad issue.

Is it enough that a loss was removed from the record in the arena? If not, I can send along an email I have from Lee for Shimy Ko Ko Bop's loss on turn 380. Just let me know to whom I would forward it.

All errors need to be verified by RSI as being their error. If it was an input error we would need to see something from RSI stating an input error was made on a strategy. We would need to verify with RSI that they made an error in the input of your turn. Your opponent need not worry if it was an input error we will credit you for the loss but your opponent will still get their point, in case your opponent is worrying!
For the Personal Ads issue we would need to verify with RSI that they received your Personal Ads and made an error by not printing them/it, or they sent it into the wrong arena. If it is because it was not labeled correctly, or was not emailed in using plain text the error would be considered yours and we cannot credit you for it.
I have my team on maintenance to avoid any issues with my strats not making it in, or forgetting to add my warrior's ID #'s or any such mistake. I also send in 2 sets of personals, just to be safe; AND since I only see 1 set of my personals (although it was the 2nd set), it is probably a good thing I do so.
I do not mean to seem like I'm being a hard-@$$ but because people sometimes try and get things by during contests we must stick to the rules and not make any exceptions for people and have to stay to the "letter of the law" as it was written. This is not to accuse anyone of being dishonest but rather to prevent people from trying to be dishonest, as well as to ensure all participants that nobody will get any special treatment and that we are all operating on a level playing field!

Remind us once it is reflected in the newsletter. RSI removing the loss from her record is enough in this case.

Studcraft is an idiot and smells funny, guessing it is 100% his fault. And, his PA's are lame anyway, we are better off not reading them. Perhaps since they are so lame we should award him a point for not posting any and forcing us to decipher his garbage.
