What is the dead line for the 2015 Halloween tourney? I was looking at my mini over views and they had '7-17-2015' as the dead line. Could that be a typo and they meant '10-17-2015'? I've always thought he dead line was on the 25th of October.

Deadline?
You get 'em there by Fri before the tourney and they will be glad to both run 'em and charge you for 'em. (Especially the charge you part!) It has been noted in the past, though, that you seem to have problems getting them there prior to the tournament running. (A little proxy bird gave us that info.)

Old news, but the tourney announcement is posted online:
Tourney date is Oct 31, 2015. Strategies are nominally due on Oct 28, 2015, but they try to make exceptions for late ones. Prize for the living tournies is 1 potion of resurrection OR immortality. Prize for the dead tournies is resurrection AND immortality for the TC, resurrection for the TVs.

I mailed in my strategies the other day. I figured there was no reason to wait and nothing was going to change with most of the warriors in the next week or two (especially the dead ones!).
Total entrants: 40
Class breakdown: 5 Primus, 1 Contender, 1 Eligible, 1 ADM, 2 Freshmen, 1 Challenger, 3 Champions, 4 Adepts, 5 Initiates, 2 Apprentices, 3 Rookies, 1 Dead Challenger, 2 Dead Champions, 4 Dead Adepts, 4 Dead Initiates, and 1 Dead Apprentice.
Style breakdown: 9 AB, 2 BA, 6 LU, 3 PL, 2 PR, 2 PS, 4 SL, 8 ST, 2 TP, and 2 WS.

I do not know my exact class breakdown, but I think I am somewhere around 44 sent as of now. 43 living, only 1 dead. Scattered throughout at max, Eligibles, and quite a few Inits-Rooks.
Just mailed the living squad in today. The dead were anxious and arrived two weeks ago. Trimmed down a little from earlier estimate of 81, reserving the right to sneak in another rookie or two. Completely missing the PR this tourney. Oh well, I have a couple earmarked for Tempe.

I'd like to say I'm sending 40 like everyone else, I could easily do so. Since I don't have "extra" money like I used to, I'm only sending 15 in all, 5 dead (app, ade, cha, 2 chl) and 10 live. (6 rookies, app, chl, 2 fre)

One rookie and one dead guy who's probably going to stay dead, but talked me into letting him go because hell was kind of empty this time of year.

7 in the Dead Tourney.
3 in the Living Tourney. (1 apprentice, 2 adepts)
3 in Advanced. (1 Advanced, 2 Freshman)
I am hoping my guy in the adm tourney gets at least his third TV. I have two other lord protectors I would love to add to this list and make it an even 15, but the last time i did that, one of my guys I really wanted to compete got bumped. that is one of the annoying parts about getting paid the day of tourneys; sure i can send the payment, but it'll arrive almost a week later.
