Wow! Lots of little oddities this turn. For instance, it seems I screwed up and spent so much time hand-wringing over my last newbie that I managed to send in his roll-up sheet, but not his strategy sheet. OUCH. Also, I thought I had sent in a handful of comments for the personal ads this turn... but either I'm mistaken or they were missed.
But the biggest 'oddity' of all? Top Team?? Woo Hoo!! Been a long time since I've seen that! Feels good. It won't last, I know. But it feels good.
Nice reporting for this week's fights; I like the new scribe.

What a wonderfully craptastic turn for the Warmasters. Hmmm, where to begin?
After failing to send Personal Ads for the last few turns, we decided to make the effort to write some this turn. Unfortunately, none of them were published.
A minor thing right? The rest of the turn can't be that bad can it? Warmasters went 1-3 with 2 deaths. Lavinius (11-14-13-15-17-4-13 PL) and Vespasian (12-12-9-17-15-9-13 PL) are now both pushing up daisies. That stings, i'm not going to lie. Losing Lavinius isn't much of a surprise. I anticipated his fate maybe so do to the large FE gap he was trying to overcome in the bloodfeuds.
At least that's as bad as it can get though, right? Oh wait, I sent in 2 replacement RU's last time and one one of them ran. Seems about my luck.
If luck holds true to form, I am sure the 2 new RU's from this turn will also be completely crappy to put a nice big bow on the turn.
Oh well, enough bitching from me. Congratulations War Machine on returning the favor of a bloodfeud death.

To my chagrin, I realized that my personal ads did post. Somehow missed them when looking at the newsletter on my phone. I guess the turn wasn't as bad as I originally thought after all!

1-4 for the Guild.
I think it might be time to clean house a bit, but after spending 1/2 a year on a bunch of numbers on a sheet of paper that can be hard to do. Do I keep putting more into these brutal results?
I do need to get in some ads for next turn. Right after going 1-4 is the best time to write ads, isn't it? Lots of trash talking at a time like that. "Congratulations on proving I stink." Somehow that just doesn't seem like an inspiring personal.

3-2 for the Cult! More importantly Gnometradamus takes the throne and is 5 more PPs closer to graduation! I don't think I've ever rooted against one of my guys before, but I was hoping that Baby Crambus would lose, as I already knew the Gnome's result! Hollowsoul fended off Blackhart's BF attempt in a back and forth fight! Two more turns left on that one!
