So, what time do I want to get there by on Friday if I hope to get some new rollups and enter some new rookies? How late can I get there and still have time to do things?

To enter the Crapmaster = 6pm
To get some rollups appx 9ish
To get the rollups back appx tennish
probably you can enter a warrior as late as 10-11ish
Sandy is pretty reasonable at entering whatever/whenever
No real SET times

How long does it take to get from the airport to the hotel? Is there a shuttle?

There is a shuttle, just call the hotel when you land. It takes about 20 min each way.

A 'free" shuttle. (tip)
Appx 20 min as Buri said.
may wait 10-30 minutes for it to arrive after the call

IF you leave early Mon, you will have to arrange a cab at the front desk, because the shuttle starts at 6 ish.
(E.G. We have a 7AM flight and will cab out at 5AM)
