Long time no see peeps. 10 years at least.... all of the sudden the itch hit me again heh. I'm thinking I'll start up a team in 81 for now, arena is pretty active right?
Also, RSI still uses the email addresses on this site right (I.e. CSR@reality.com?
Looking forward to pulling out all my cases of DM material and get seeing where I left off, hopefully I will be back soon

Great to hear from you, man! Welcome back! 81 is a great arena, and feel free to fire up a team (if you can't dig up an old one already in there) in Sunset! We'd love to have you!
DM-81 is a great great arena but is a no tourney arena. You will need to submit a pledge (can be found here somewhere)
Welcome back! Good hunting! Kill lots! Hope to see you in either DM-21 or DM-32

• I pledge that I will not send warriors from this team to a Tournament, nor will I use a Tournament prize on a warrior from this team.
• I pledge to run a full team when I run turns in this arena.
[It is understood that circumstances occassionally preclude running less than a full team, such as awaiting overviews of a replacement warrior, so a post in the 81 forum section is encouraged in such instances.]
• I understand that any warrior that participates in a Tournament shall be sent to the Dark Arena until they are dead.
• I understand that any warrior that receives a Tournament prize shall be sent to the Dark Arena until they are dead.

It is great. You should try the water again. Just stick a little toe in there.

Ahhh that explains it, I'll email Sandy and/or Lee then. I was wondering why, and checking my email like a kid waiting for a new toy lol.
I like the no tourney aspect of 81, but Im sure once I go thru and check out the status of all my teams, I'll pop in somewhere else also. I'll def hop on the live chat when I get home later, that's really cool to have.

You will like 81.
And as Stik said, if your looking for another arena, the best landing spot is Sunset. Arena 21 would welcome you with sharpened blades and a few pints on Stik down at the Broken Bone Tavern.

Hi Mithril,
First, welcome back!
I'd like to throw out Rocanis #56 as a place to call a second home. The competition isn't as fierce as some of the other arena, which will help get out your favorite gladiators. Also, since there isn't a large population, the odds of winning a free fight is a little greater than some of the more established arena.
I also try and write a spotlight every turn. I've posted some of my on-going spotlights under "In Character Roll playing" in the forums. You can see them under the titles, "Dark Arena – A supplemental – Rocanis Turn #xxx". I like to add depth to the cities I play in.
In closing, welcome back to Duel II and remember each loss on the sands is just a short delay to becoming the Duelmaster of the games!
