I got a confirmation from HAL 2.0 that orders from HW911 have been printed for manual entry. That is step 2 of 3. Now the turn just has to run.... and I HAVE to have good results or I call this a failure

Hey everyone, As you may have heard, we experienced some power problems on March 19 that resulted in the loss of two of our critical computers. No data was lost or damaged, but it has taken us longer to resume operations than we hoped. The power company has now completed the replacement of two poles in the back alley, and Hal4 is now up and running with a much faster processor and much more disk space. A silver lining is that many of the problems we had been having with email and connectivity (late newsletter postings, slow email auto-responses, etc.) have mysteriously disappeared. (Draw your own conclusions here.) All of the email that had been pooling for the last month has been received and imported, but quite probably not in the order you sent it. As always, if you submit orders more than once and change your orders, you need to write "Input Last" or "Use these Orders" (or something thereabouts) on the set of orders you intend us to use. Otherwise, we will attempt to use the last orders that were imported (which you can verify according to Hal's receipt date stamp). If this is wrong, please just resubmit the correct set of orders. If you sent HW or FR orders or DM newsletter items and did not receive a receipt, we did not get them. Please resend to the usual email address (please do not send to more than one address). If you received a duplicate response, just ignore it. It is more important that we not miss anything, so a few pieces got done twice. All games will be processed soon and the due dates have been pushed out. We will not be running any games more quickly than normal to catch up; we will simply resume as if some days disappeared from the calendar. The Duelmasters Spring Mail-In Tournament will be postponed and we will announce a new due date in time for everyone to get their strategies in. We will get through any Customer Service email and letters as soon as we can. Please be patient. We are working as hard as we can to get the games moving again. Sorry for the delay

RSI sent out a email statement tonight to their customers (I assume to everyone who's ever emailed them with ads or a question) explaining what happened. The last two paragraphs are:
"All games will be processed soon and the due dates have been pushed out. Yes, I've sent hundreds of e-mails back and forth over 25+ years of playing... have a 4-digit account number... and I didn't get this announcement.

I wouldn't take it personal. Lots of people didn't get the email (including myself). They might have lost all of their old email contacts when their systems went down. It sounds like the people who got emails were the ones who had been trying to contact RSI since then.
