Seem like reasonable ideas.
We seldom make an 11 WL warrior, using 9 or 15.
With this type of roll, we would usually go:
15-15-14-15-10-8-7 BA
or
16-17-14-9-16-7-5 TP
Not really a bad arena warrior at all to us.

I like your 15-11 guy, though as Consortium suggested, I'd leave will at 10 and put the last point on strength or constitution.
If it were mine, I'd do one of the following depending on my desires/goals for the team:
11-15-14-11-15-7-11
11-15-14-10-16-7-10 (+1 point to str or con)
