I don't know what to do with this guy. I figured TP, but can't make him any good with that low strength? Low Strength so no offensives. Low Wit so no skills guys...

Well, that's pretty ugly, I gotta agree...
You could potentially go offensive with it, since it doesn't need that much of a ST bump since you've got the big size. Could try:
9-11-14-13-15-11-11 any offensive except BA/AB, or even PL. I'd burn WT up to 15 and see how it learns and how it reacts. Definitely a short leash though. Mediocre at best.
