Can't figure out what to do with this guy, my thoughts are 10-13-14-16-3-10 --> 12-14-14-21-9-3-11 ba/sl/wos. But making him offensive is the 5 points spent on the will really worth it? Thanks for the help!

Here is my thought.
12-13-14-21-10-3-11
I would make him a speed basher and train up ST to 13. There is something about a 21 Wit basher that I've always loved.
Not really suited to WS with that will in my opinion. If you are a glutton for punishment you could roll it as a PS with your #s or as a 13-13-14-21-9-3-11.

That's an interesting setup. Not bad at all for a big guy, but with some interesting challenges. You're right on to max WT to 21 and DF to 11 for starters. I'd drop only a point into ST at first, with the size more isn't needed. That's 7 points, 7 left. Leaving the WL at 4 is unacceptable for just about any style or setup, so get it to the reachable goal of 9. That's two points left to flavor it depending on style.
Your design may work with any of those three styles but I don't personally like any of them with the 9 WL, especially not WS or SL. They would all be a bit outside the box, a bit risky. BA could be very fun if it learns like a decent 21 WT should. I would start ST/CN at 13-13 though for weapon selection. Your best chance for success would likely be going the predictable striker route, even with the low SP. But there are other choices too.
10-13-14-16-4-3-10 --> 11-13-14-21-9-3-11 with two points left for either ST, CN, or DF depending on the style chosen.
I'm no OTP expert but I think this is a pretty good setup for that. Points could go into CN or DF. I'd strongly consider a piker too. Last points into CN for that one. Good luck with it,

With the low WL, it leads to ST/BA for us.(maybe PS)
11-13-14-21-9-5-11 ST
13-13-14-21-9-3-11 BA, maybe 12-14-14-21-9-3-11, bumping ST
11-14-14-21-9-4-11 PS
We love this kind of roll!

In my opinion, going offensive IS the reason for the 5 points on WL. As a defensive, PS/PR maybe, you can think 7 WL

This. I was thinking a PR with those numbers, but a TP would be pretty great also.
