I'd probably split the difference here and go 15-5-10-21-9-9-15 ST for tourneys. If it pulls great damage you've got a great one. Starts with double digit attack. If you want something different.....
13-5-10-17-16-9-16 burner BA. But I wouldn't let the 21 WT go.

To beat a dead horse 17-9-7-21-10(1)-10-11 was my ST TC in Apps, so would concur with this POV, including the extra point on WL.
