I see you guys get replies from Lee and Sandy. Every time I send an email, I never get a reply. I sent an email requesting mini overviews for the last mail-in and did not get a reply. I sent three or four emails about strategy mistakes and only got one reply. To be fair, the mistakes were made in consecutive turns. I don't know if they saw the problem. Is there some super-secret email I don't know about? Are they "busy"?

I don't think so. They may be stretched a bit thin, there's been a few mistakes lately. Ads not updated in 21, a fight not sent with the rest. But I almost always get a reply pretty fast from Lee if I email her about something. Not sure if you're using the right addresses that they check? I don't think they check the "customer service" email constantly.

I am not using that one. I will try again for my overviews.

Maybe I will not be in the Blood Games. It is more reliable to fax in my roll-ups and such. But if they are not answering, maybe I will just ignore it. There go a bunch a of easy wins for you guys. Very Happy

Thanks.

Try sending a message in text format only, no html.

They also have a super aggressive spam filter I'm told. Crap there's a phrase you're supposed to put in your email to avoid the spam filter--maybe someone knows what it is...

Hi Longshot,

Yes, Hal can be particular when it comes to e-mails. I know when sending in a spotlight or personal ads, I always, always, use the following in the subject line.

team spotlight for DM 100
personal ads for DM 100

Yes, the 't' and 'p' at the beginning has-to-be lower case. If it's upper case, he gets all wOnKy.

Regarding Lee, I use lee@reality.com for an e-mail.

Good luck on the sands and with your correspondence.

I use the csr@reality.com email and generally get a reply, depending on the subject. GMail pings me after 3 days if they haven't replied, and I just send in again, although honestly that rarely happens.

Lately, I've started sending to Sandy@reality.com M-F during daytime hours, and Lee@reality.com after 5 PM and that seems to help. Purely anecdotal, but it makes me feel better!

Thanks, everyone. I have used the reality email addresses. Maybe Vlad is right.

That's funny. I've always used the following formats:
"Team Spotlight for DM Arena #"
"Personal Ads for DM Arena #"
"Duelmasters Column for DM Arena #"

I know there are lots of ways to get Hal to behave, but I don't deviate from this one (except by accident)

And we Consortiumites pretty much echo Assur's methods, and we tend to have no issue when caps are omitted or used.
