WS cannot be bonused in Ini, Rip, Def, Dec
BA cannot be bonused in Rip, Dec
ST cannot be bonused in Att, Par
AB cannot be bonused in Dec
TP cannot be bonused in Par
LU, PL, PR, PS, SL can be bonused in all six areas
(anyone can be Ambidextrous, which adds an additional 1 to Att bonus
