17-4-5-13-21-13-11 LU looks nice to me.

The 13 SP provides you with 3 extra Riposte skills (don't believe the charts) and the 17 ST locks in Good+ damage. I don't normally love frail lungers, but this guy is screaming LU anyway.

Thanks Bandit, you're thinking is very close to what I finally arrived on:

#1, Screaming LU
#2, Don't love frail LU
#3 I don't like using low SZ guys on LU but see #1
#4 You gotta lock in Good dmg.

I was going to go with 17 5 13 21 12 11 LU but I'll go with yours: 5 con or 4 he'll be surrendering in 1-2 hits either way, might as well try and be faster.
