So as one of the options left from the KoP consolation prize pool I chose to be a part of the tourney prize commission. Not sure how serious people have taken this in the past, but I am excited about it and hope I can help with coming up with something that not only us players can enjoy, but also build upon in future tourneys.

The following is just an idea, and is nothing that has been carved into stone. I do ask for opinions though.

There isnt a warrior that is sent to the dead tourney that its manager doesnt have aspirations of it returning. All too often though, theres that "one" warrior that seems to not get out, for whatever reason. Or that one warrior that just barely gets out, that is heavily bonused, but is as frail as a wet paper bag. I have a solution that I have presented to Lee, she likes the idea, but she doesnt want to cheapen an already awesome prize. I asked if I could present it to you guys to see what you think, and possibly come up with a better idea, OR to scrap it all together. So here goes.....

First feature.....

Lets say you are lucky enough to get a TC, but the warrior you really wanted got a bad match up in round 10 and got put out early. One feature would be to sacrifice the immortality of the warrior that TCd and merely resurrect him, but in doing so grants you the ability to resurrect that warrior (or any other warrior) that "just" didnt make it.

Second feature.....

Lets say that you were a runner up in a dead tourney, but you really wanted to get that warrior into ADM. However, you managed to get a TV in another dead tourney. The proposal would be to sacrifice a TV which would bring a warrior to life, which would instead propel another to ADM that TV'd. Unlike the first feature, this feature would only be allowed to be used by two warriors that TV'd.

For obvious reasons, only one feature, per manager would be allowed per tourney. And for even more obvious reasons this feature would be untradable.

Like I said, its just an idea, BUT any input would be appreciated, not only by me, but to Lee as well.

Mega-Manager Alternation: You can give up your immortality to also add Favorites to your dead warrior!

Fun alteration:
- Sacrifice immortality/resurrection to make two warriors "half alive", two warriors can come back, but you're time limited to get them to ADM, or else they will die again.

Thats a nice idea but seems like a warrior unlucky enough to not have made it seems less final that way. Its a brutal life. Maybe he gets 3 shots at the DA for a chance at life or fights a clone of himself to prove hes worthy. Both may not be so easy to do

The sacrifice must be the same or higher rank than the receiver of the new favorites.
Example: sacrifice any primus fighter and give favorites to any other primus fighter, or adm fighter. Sacrifice any adm fighter, his favorites can NOT be given to any primus fighter, the sacrifice's favorites can be applied to adm fighters.

Nothing wrong at all with the idea.
I, personally, cannot get into it, liking all the current options better.
I appreciate that someone is looking at ideas.
Good luck.
