REVERSE ROLLUPS #3 (The Consortium)

Did some reverse math there and you spent about 15 turns on skills and 27 on stats. Is that typical for your burners? Also: did your guy graduate on stat trains in lieu of skill ratings? I know Assur had mentioned that 10 stat trains in Basic seemed to satisfy the skill rating graduation requirement.

I managed to get a 15-13-18-9-19-3-7 up to 17-15-18-11-21-4-9 in about 15 turns, but never attempted a third train on anything. Assuming your third trains on ST and CN took awhile?

I'm asking because I'm trying to assess how much burning makes sense for arena warriors. I usually make burners that train only one stat point, but the guy I mentioned above was a planned double-burner.

The skill learn rate on your guy is unusual, especially for a TP. I ran some numbers on your TPs posted on these threads and most of them had a learn rate significantly higher than non-TPs, which I chalked up to fight length.

Yes, the skill learn rate was unusual. (VERY unusual per my post.)

I play all stat training by ear. For scum, in particular, taking three or four turns to get a stat may be better than the few skills one might earn otherwise. (And if the skill learn rate is 0.30,0 as per this warrior, that just might equate to only learning 1 skill in four skill attempts!)

How/why did it graduate with so few skills? Probably a combo of items, some unknown, along with the 10 stat theory. (Note: I said theory. It is definitely a factor, but as in this case, the warrior had more than 10 before graduating.

Who really knows?. I am certainly one of those who will train stats on warriors, as I find very positive gains. Realize, though, seldom are these "godlingish" warriors we are talking about.
