If anyone has received my turn for arena 21, turn 986, Philthballs stable, would you please forward it to me? Don't care that you probably read the fights, and checked strat lines, I would just like my warrior overview for my new guy. Two turns in a row it was either sent to the wrong address, from our overworked ladies at RSI. Or our "amazing" USPS service cannot get their s**t together.... I'm going with the latter.

My last two Sunset turns have been a week late showing up. Post mark on them is normal RSI shipout date though, it's USPS all the way.

They finally came in yesterday, with two postmark stamps... 10/18 on the first, and 11/3 on the second....

I am currently only playing in 29,81 and Primus, which happen to all run on the same day. So last last turn Thanksgiving week, 29 and Primus show up on Monday the Nov 20th and 81 showed up Monday the 27th. Postmark for both envelopes the same day Nov 16. Now this weeks turns, 81 show up yesterday Wednesday, with postmark of Nov 30th and still no sign of 29 and Primus yet. They used to be delivered no later than Monday, unless their was a holiday. In the past 6 years they have raised the cost of stamps numerous times, yet delivery times continue get longer and longer.

I didn't fight any of my teams throughout the week of thanksgiving, as it is Holy week here in Wisco then(Rifle season-deer hunting), yet all of my newsletters showed up on time this past week.....Also a miracle, Stik!

Arena's 29 and 102 finally showed up today, post marked Nov 29th, (the day before 81 was post marked) Twelve days to deliver is unacceptable.

A part of the reason I quit playing Duelmasters was due to the USPS issue. I wish RSI had the resources to move Duelmasters to PBEM. I would even donate to a Kickstarter/GoFundeMe if that helped.

Sorry, if I can deal with Canada post, the USPS would be a breeze.

Its not a matter of financial resources, they have a contract that would need to be terminated or changed before they would be allowed to switch. Perhaps your donations could be used to fund the legal fees and possible payouts to change this but you also need to consider how other players would feel and if they would in turn stop playing as a result of this change.

Money and effort is the only thing preventing RSI from adding an Email option to Duelmasters. Contacts can be changed, takes money and effort.
If players would be upset if RSI implemented an Email option for turns, guess they dont like change or they fear they wont be top dog if retired managers came back. I'm sure others will have more reasons why not to change, but I just do not see any downside besides outside of initial cost to implement the change.
An email option, like what RTG has for its games, would work for all types of players. THose who want mail to come via post, would still get it, just like RTG does. RTG just charges those players a different rate than those who go fully email/no-manual-turn-entry.

Please do not take what I said above as a personal slight or attack on anybody, that is not my intention. Sorry if I upset anybody.
