If you want a burner, I would look at something like:
13-11-4-4-13-13-12 --> 16-16-4-4-19-13-12 TP
However, I would probably try a non-burner:
13-11-4-4-13-13-12 --> 17-11-4-9-17-13-13 WS
The 13 SP gives it a nice amount of Riposte, 9 WT gives it access to the BS as a weapon, and the setup can reveal some Att/Par bonuses and hosings to give you more information.

Good call, never much thought about higher speed WS. I thought about PL with that setup for a minute or two
