Background:
In Rocanis #56, my stable Skull Squadron tied with another team with 15 points. While I normally would just wait for next turn to know for sure, I’m on the cusp of either winning either 4 or 5 (everyone fights for free) of the top honors. Unfortunately, I’m still deciding on how to design the replacement and wasn’t going to send him in yet. However, if everyone fights for free, I’ll make the call.

Question:
Do both stables earn a free fight (thus I’ve secured 5 top honors), or neither as no one technically won?

PS The warrior stats are below if anyone has an opinion they would like to share.

Thank you for the answer. I agree with your suggestion. Here is what I was thinking, but I'm torn. Normally I play to the characters stat strengths, which is in this case either ST or SP, but I also dislike burning skills (old habit I probably need to break).

13-6-11-13-15-17-9 - (Fast)
15-7-11-13-15-12-11 - (average, but more flexibility in weapons)
17-7-11-13-15-12-9 - (more endurance/damage, but less skills due to DF)

I'm thinking striker, as they don't seem to burn endurance as much as the lunger and the extra speed (if I go 17 SP) should help get the first strike and keep the fight short. However, I'm not fond of strikers, so I wanted other opinions.

I like STs but not sub 17 WT STs. You could go with Jacks ST design but would need to burn the 17 WT and you already said you don't like that.

13-6-11-10-9-12-9--> 15-7-11-15-9-12-15 PS

Gives him the BA as a weapon, can run hot like a ST, has the DF to help be defensive.

I'd go with 13-6-11-16-15-12-11 BA, and not even bother with burning stats, just learn... it's only one digit away from my "cookie cutter" basher of 13-x-x-17-15-x-11, which has been generally successful in arenas.

I liked this a lot at first glance, but then thought...

13-6-11-10-9-12-9 ---> 15-6-11-15-11-13-13 ST


I like the battle axe for medium armor, and the fast QS for the lighter stuff. Hits reasonably hard, reasonably fast, and should last a couple of minutes on the attack -- longer if you slow him down.
