This just screams Basher to me, at 17-5-7-21-15-8-11. Any better ideas?

Sorta screams "nice rollup!"
Hard to disagree with your thinking; would make a nice SL, ST too, but we are partial to the BA idea.

I like the numbers but I don't like sub sz7 BAs, probably a SL, LU, or ST for me

I concur totally. Needs to be a SZ 10 for a basher for me, although I've always wanted to make a 21 WT godling basher too. Guess you can't have the points everywhere. If you go BA with it, let us know how he does upon graduation!

14-5-7-15-10-8-11 ... 15-5-7-21-15-8-13 SL, of course.
Slashers have all the initiative and aggressiveness of a Basher, but little Slashers, if on the defensive, dodge and riposte well with a high AE and moderate OE -- and no tactics. I think that they tend to get better damage than you'd expect, too. And a BA-wielding SL? Who wouldn't want that?

As far as the little guys go, I have a SZ 3 Basher in Primus (retired) with a favorite of Halbard! He could probably be stylemaster there, if I had sunk the time and turns into him, he could have Archmasters across the board with a few year's work. Never did anything in tourneys, but he was a winner.

Crazily enough, my first grad ever was a nearly identical basher, halbard fave, like a size 4 or 6 I think, name Scalper from my team in Zuwayza. First guy I TV'd with on my return to the game in 1999 was also a smallish speed basher. So I don't have anything against them!
