I'm thinking ST or AB, but there are several other possibilities. Any input would be much appreciated.

(AB would be best)

I'd go AB/PS/PR with this one. Woody's numbers look good.

Just to have a different point of view:
7-9-10-17-9-15-17 PL. EP (or even dual wield EP) and fight offensively. Win quick or run out of juice. Mode bases are 14-14-12-6-9-9. Good chance for normal damage (small chance for both little and good damage) and about a 1 in 8 chance of getting normal endurance.
I'd do it this way, but that's just cuz PL's are my favorite style.

It depends on what you want...
8-9-10-17-9-10-21 AB would be fine in a rookies tournament.. as would
4-9-10-17-9-14-21 AB
In the arena I would probably go:
8-9-10-17-9-10-21 PR if I wanted something to have fun with...
or...
7-9-10-17-15-10-16 SL if I had to run it to graduation for an arena reason.
.. I'd probably go with the higher speed aimer, personally.
