Holiday Inn Strongsville -- 1/2 mile to Westfield Southpark Shopping Center, $95/night, free airport shuttle, free parking (not sure if wi-fi is free in the rooms). This one may not work, as he only responded to the sleeping room request--I'm not sure if the meeting rooms are available/affordable.

Well that's nice, I have family less than 20 minutes away from that location so if I can't swing the hotel or find a roomie I have other options. =)

I'm going with the Holiday Inn in Cleveland. It's $95/night, 1-4 occupancy (either king or doubles). There's free wireless in the meeting rooms and everywhere else (no annoying service charges). They have ice skating next door, and a big park that you can ride bikes in. They're also 1/2 mile away from a huge mall with restaurants, etc. Their bar is open until 2am and they serve food until 1:30am. They have a huge indoor pool and a fitness center. It's free parking, free airport shuttle, free shuttle to the mall. The price is a little higher for us, but I think this is closer driving distance for the east coasters, and accessible for the rest.
Yes, July 17-19 -- these dates have been posted since January (or even before).
ok here we go... holiday inn. free wifi, food and liquor till late... what else do we need?

The actual name of the holiday inn confirmed and the name of the block that RSI has held so we can order the rooms, especially since there are 9 different locations for holiday inns in cleveland.

I believe your initial post was right and it is the Strongville, but Lee probably should confirm...
