Couple of replacements...

3-12-12-13-5-9-16

and

9-12-11-12-10-6-10

for the first one I am thinking maybe 5-12-12-17-8-9-21 AB and for the second maybe a WASTE or PL?

3-12-12-13-5-9-16

5-12-12-17-8-9-21 AB is what I'd do too.

9-12-11-12-10-6-10

9-12-11-17-16-6-13 LU is what I'd do. Train WL to 17, and train ST if you get normal damage.

I think on the first one I might put the last str point in will. But it's not much different, so either way works alright.

The second is a classic case for a TP or PR. PL, WOS or Lucky's lunger can all work to one extent or another but I believe the optimal results come from one of the two I mentioned. Both styles you brought up learn rip very late for best results. Low strength isn't optimum for wastes but taking points from deftness leaves little rip at all and low speed can be a tough thing on PL as well. To get enough endurance for any of those styles to do their best leaves this set up a little short elsewhere for me.

9-12-11-17-16-6-13 TP or 12-12-11-17-10-7-15 PR (I'm really fond of PR for low speed designs because they still have significant rip where others tend to be a little low that way. The TP would probably win even more unless you're really good with rippers though.)

5-12-12-17-8-9-21 AB/PR

10-12-11-17-15-6-13 LU/WOS/PL/PS/PR/SL.....but I'd go PL or LU.
