So, I asked for a new rollup last saturday and warrior profiles for my two teams, and got a response on Sunday that they would be en route...
so what is a reasonable time to expect that I will get them in the mail?...
Haven't dealt with normal snail mail in a long time (I always 2nd day anything I can ) |

Welcome back, I would say thursday or friday. Also don't forget to try and contact all your old DM friends and get them hooked again. |

Depends what "would be en route" means .....
If they said - "will go out today" (Sunday) it may mean they will hit a mailbox/postoffice anywhere from Sun thru Tue (Holiday) - from the time they hit the mail box, expect a lucky 2 days, and a normal 3 or 4 days ........
If they merely said "will be en route" ....., well, it all depends on when it is really placed in a mail box.
Such is life in a PBM.
Good luck and glad to have you. |

when I said "last saturday" I meant the saturday the week previous 8/21. And it was sunday afternoon, "we will get them sent to you". so I don't even know when they might have gotten mailed. So I was more wondering what the timeline might be for me to recontact and ask if it ever got sent... |

Go ahead and contact them again.
You can't possibly bother them more than some of us do. |

Ask if Sandy can email them to you first. When I started back up in January, Sandy was able to send me all of my stuff over several emails, then I sifted through that and had her send me new overviews of the guys/teams I was most interested in. May be that it will speed things up and get you back in the arena. Luck! |

True dat. Apart from finances, this is probably the subconscious factor that keeps me from FtFs. I'm scared Sandy or Lee is going to assualt me for all the headaches I give them. |

Just don't give up, once you get back in it will start going more smooth like but getting back in can be time consuming. Just hang in there. I do know that some people have gotten some info over email, if you can get that info you might be able to get started while you wait on the rest plus if you have turns coming in they may just shove the rest in with it. Just a thought.
Almost forgot, welcome back and I hope to see you in one of the arenas I fight in but enjoy either way!!! |

I can imagine. I'm confident that I don't have enough warriors/teams to be that bothersome!!
I also like to try to send them notes from time to time when they do an awesome job with something. I figure they get enough "I need this . . ." correspondence that a nice thank you note is in order at times when they are truly rocking it (like getting out our MIs so fast as they have done the past few years). |
