Sunset - Turn 647

A very disappointing morning. I just discovered that neither my team in Bonsur nor my vets in 106 fought. The envelope must have been late. Here's hoping the extra day allowed it to get there in Sunset! If not, the team should still fight because of maintenance, but no challenges and avoids. In that case I really hope somebody besides Yuedebahl got their challenges through to Bul Goblinhewer because I would hate to see the Red Blades basher come out for an unarmed brawl and find Bul all ready to mash. Hopefully that turn got there on time!!!

Predictions are hard for my team when I don't know if the turn sheets got there. I am pretty darn sure I didn't get a shot at the throne.

No worries. If Bul's sporting any armor at all Yuedebahl will use a weapon. But, I hope your strats got in! Good luck.

i faxed my turn in the morning after the due date... so i'm crossing my fingers that my team will run. pretty sure it will.

I'm predicting neither of my bloodfueds got settled last turn and a 3-2-0 turn overall. I simply can't keep putting up all these 4-1's and 5-0's forever!!

Predicting a 3-2-0 turn for myself. New Duelmaster. I'm also predicting Marmaduke's bloodfeuds didn't get settled. At least one of'em. Cool

Got my turns in today and Bubba Yes you turns ran.

A very depresing turn but one of my newbies rolled the 6% for great DMG and the other is +4 in RIP and looks to be bonused in something else but I lost my copy of the Ench... so I can't check the charts to find out.

Haven't got the turns in the mail yet, but I'm pretty pleased with 3-2-1, especially since the -1 was one of the Kano Clan's initiates. The only downside is now I'm going to end up sitting out one of my new guys for two months. If he won't stick around for blood feuds and wants to trash talk other managers, I see no good reason to leave my warrior in the arena for him to blood feud.

hmm. do as you please. but isn't ducking bloodfueds part of the reason this guy is frowned upon? Shocked

on another note, i'm not too terribly displeased with a 2-2-1, though i seem to be racking up the friendly fire kills lately. sorry 'bout that action! Confused

UGH 2-2 with one death. The Drill will be missed.. he was a learning freak. 3.5 through his fights. Havent got the fights yet so i didnt see how he died. but it looks like an exhaustion death.

Daemonspawn- I have to agree with Bubba, no sense going down to his level. If I were you I would avoid his team and challenge his other guys hoping to get another kill, I know I challenge him as often as I can as does Stik and Nomad. I guess all that armor didn't help keep his guy alive... fuuunnyyyy Laughing

1-4 for me sucks big D.D.

Well, I wasn't planning on ducking anyone else's Bloodfeuds, just Kano's. Still, I'll probably run my guy simply because I don't like fighting a short roster, though I won't like giving that jerk the free wins he'll likely score.

you never know what will happen though. master kush is 1-1 after being BF'd the last 2 turns. and if your guy lives, he'll likely learn a lot.

personally, my team W/L % means nothing to me. i give it no thought whatsoever. the progression and development of my individual warriors and their preparation to battle in tournaments is my primary concern. if i have a guy go 1-3 from lousy match ups (see purple magic) but picks up mad skills for an apprentice tourney, i'm down with that.

so i don't mind the BF's. that's me tho.
