I was thinking of SL on this with burnt will at 11-4-7-17-20-14-11
I wasn't sure about the endurance needs and wanted an extra opinion.
What would you do with this?

I'm not that enamored with 20s anymore, myself. I would probably put WT and WL to 17, put ST to 12 (if you look at the damage matrix on Terrablood, 12 ST/7 SZ is a big step up from 11 ST/7 SZ: good +/- vs normal +/-), and then put the last two points on either SP or DF, giving you:
7-4-7-13-14-14-11 --> 12-4-7-17-17-16-11 or 12-4-7-17-17-14-13
I'd be happy with these numbers as any of the total offensives (SL, ST, or BA). Nice roll-up!

we would go with a 12 ST OAB option as a probable SL

It's pretty hard to beat OAB's designs. Most likely what I'd choose as well.
However, you bring up an interesting idea, going with 20 will. If I was going the 20 will route, I'd also take the 19 wit.

I always say if you're going to burn, extra crispy is best. I'd just as likely save the burns for Challengers or higher. If I went with the less than optimal design, I'd probably go ahead and ruin his basic career entirely and make him a lunger.
