Nice roll-ups!

Nothing wrong with your first design. I could see shifting a couple points around, but nothing seems definitively better than your choice.

For the second, I think 9-12-8-10-16-10-5 --> 9-12-8-13-21-10-11 is the clear favorite for me. I could see it as just about any style but AB and BA.

I'd be very tempted to go 11-9-3-19-19-13-10. I probably wouldn't, but it is tempting. Consortium's design #1 design is what we probably go with. Could definitely see shifting 1-2 points from str somewhere else, but staying away from little damage is always a priority.

On the 2nd, I either go 11 wit/11 deftness or 15 wit/7 deftness with 11 strength on both designs.

Style on both of these is somewhat subjective.

At 11 ST or less, very, very likely. I think I would go with something more like:
13-9-3-17-17-14-11 ST/SL/PS, then bump CN or ST for good endurance and/or normal damage if he still needs it.
I'd lean toward the defensive styles to take advantage to the 3 SZ.

For the other one, I echo this:

I would shift 2 of those DF points to ST on RU #1. 1 ATT skill and 1 DEF skill (RIP as well) are a poor trade-off for a better shot at normal damage (maybe a slim shot at good with 13). I'm not like Manager who would never take a 13 DF, unless it starts with it, but this one is too big a trade-off.

9-9-3-13-13-13-10 -----> 13-9-3-17-17-14-11 LU maybe PL

9-12-8-10-16-10-5 -----> 9-12-8-15-21-10-9 LU,PL,WS

My choices above are in my personal preferential order so I'd make both LUs if it were me. On the first one I may experiment with PL but may be too worried about wasting a SZ 3 on a finicky style whereas a LU is pretty easy to run.Plus the extra 2 DEF skills from SZ are pretty sweet for a LU! On the second I stick with 9 ST and take 9 DF beacause if I want 2 ST I can get it relatively easy with 2 trains and won't burn skills!
