Learned on Chatzy: There is apparently (at least for this tourney) a new freshman line. Approx 160-161 skills.

For what it's worth, the tourney has finished running as of last night and printing is commencing...

Wish I had something, anything, aside from the fact that a warrior TC'd in every bracket......not that I'll win or anything, but I like knowing who did what.

Patience. We'll start hearing things soon enough. Here's a little teaser: my Challengers lunger didn't die in the tourney.

Thankfully the tournament should be coming soon...and we'll all have more to talk about than quint skill-learns.

FedEx results are in. Controversy all around!
BTW, don't want to bother the FedExers, but if you have spoilers you wouldn't mind sharing or taking the time out to find, I wouldn't mind a PM with results

After a quick look at my tourney results, I think I TC'd apprentices with a Striker, Helper of Venture Bros. I received two run-offs for him, one where he got eliminated after 2 losses, then another packet (starting with turn 11) with an orange header sheet, hand-written "After the zombie attack", in which he ended up 15-1-1 and won his last match.
Obviously, this gives me a greater understanding of why people would complain about the runoff format snafu.
I did awful as usual in Primus, every damn one of 'em 0-5-0, but some nice raises. I had 2 of mine get killed, one of them my first double-21 AB. Didn't get anyone back from the dead, but one 7-3-0.

Grats Buri .. Looks like I was runner up to you in Apprentices. I have to say I got a bit excited when I saw that striker vs wall of steel match up. Buttttt those 2 quick BS crits made it a one sided butt kicking with me one the receiving end. Enjoy that Zombie!!!

Thanks, I was a bit surprised at the outcome too! But then, so were several other TP/WS types that he faced. I can't even say that BS is his favorite, he did equally well with the SC. Chalk it up to Ad Ex Attack going into the runoffs, and luck.
