Hey guys,

I'm open to ideas on how to run this guy in the next tournament:

9(1)-9-7-21(1)-15-4-21 AB. normal dmg, normal endurance, expert attack.

I dunno anything else about him; all the info I have is the mini-overview.

Suggestions?

First off, I love it. Second, running Aimer in basic from what I understand can vary. I run mine MH/H-VH against offensives, and run them 10/10 against defensives, simply because if you cant run an aimer hot against scum and take them down rather quickly, you have serious attack problems, which shouldnt happen in this class, seeing they get double attack upon creation. Im no expert by any means, but from what I understand getting at least the most decent of aimers to graduate is an accomplishment, so good luck.

I've had a silly Consortium-like double post occurrence!

Don't think you'll get a lot of response on this because the "experts" will not give away their secrets. At least not on an open forum but I'm willing to part with some nuggets that may help. Try it with other aimers and practice moving the numbers around.

Against Offensives there's a couple of things you can try. The open=hand "bug" I believe to be an exponential increase as DEF skill totals increase so they are far more minute (my-noot) in lower classes but I had a rookie 17 DF aimer start off 6-0 only to finish 7-3 by going open handed against LU,ST,BA with a 6-8-4 Dodge tactic or 4-6-4 Riposte tactic(SL are another story as Lunges are easier to dodge harder to parry, whereas Slashes are harder to dodge easier to parry so I run them hot and hope to jump them). I use the opposite for desperation(if dodge minute 1 then riposte desperation and vice versa).

For the rest I may go 10-8-6 or 10-10-6 open or even Decisiveness tactic (shouldn't hurt your attack against defensives too much and gives a shot to jump SLs and offensive PLs and PSs). Slowing down to 8-4-6ish open then slowly slowing to about 5-2-6 for minute 6+. I will usually go with the 6-8-4 dodge in desperation. The reason being against defensives you shouldn't really hit this, and if you do you've not got enough Attack to overcome the defenses anyways, and if it's an Offensive TP or PS, SL,or PL you'll still attack alot but also give yourself some defensive bonuses.

I am not an expert on aim blows by a long shot (See what I did there?) but this aim blow is a beautiful thing.
