Looks like a BA to me. Was looking at 3 options that I see. Feel free to make comments and suggestions:

Not Ideal but could be a bit of a Gorilla Waste.
13-5-16-4-15-9-8 -----> 13-9-16-7-21-9-9 WS burn ST,CN,WT,DF 2 each
or a full burn
13-5-16-4-15-9-8 -----> 14-10-16-7-19-9-9 WS burnt to 15-12-16-9-21-9-11 (can take alot at final burn). Could take ST to 17
Considering this isn't a "long term" type of warrior I'd make it full burn version it'll have decent PAR and ATT and scary damage.

Haven't ran in a while but I like Streets suggestions. But me personally I would add to are. And con and wil and see how he does in the DA.
