I don't know what to do with this guy.
10-10-14-15-17-4-15 Wall of Steel
15-10-14-15-13-6-11 Bashing attack
9-10-14-15-17-5-15 Aimed blow?
What in the hell?

You don't really need all that DF for a WS, unless you have ST,CN, and WL adequately covered; or it comes with more than 11. For the AB 15 is bare bones minimum but I'd likely give up 2 points from somewhere (since 17 WL contains a DEC and 15 WT doesn't I'd take it from WT) for a 17 DF. Plus you get double the ATT from DF with an Aimer so giving up some WT will net you 1 base ATT; and make it more viable long term. It could make a viable BA but I don't like a slow BA with below average CN. As a third option I'd likely look at a PR/PS/PL.
9-10-14-9-13-4-11 -----> 10-12-14-15-17-5-11 WS (I kinda' want the RIP and DEF skill at 5 SP and could sacrifice a point of ST and train it)
9-10-14-9-13-4-11 -----> 9-10-14-13-17-4-17 AB (you can even select from LO,LS, and QS unsuited against ASM instead of a SC)
9-10-14-9-13-4-11 -----> 10-10-14-15-17-7-11 PL (Basically using the last 3 points in SP for 2 DEF)
9-10-14-9-13-4-11 -----> 9-10-14-15-17-4-15 PR/PS (Went same design as the PR for the PS but you could trade the 4 from DF and put 2 each in ST and SP for the PS for some DEC and damage to make it more than a defensive PS; it's learns may dictate it be offensive so I'd hedge that way possibly)
Just thought I'd give you some extra options, I'll do so when a newer (or newly returning) manager seems lost for a design. If I went with my top 2 it'd probably be the WS or the PL.
Hope this gives you some help with the thought processes added!

I would never think to make a parry riposte out of this guy. I am not doubting the collective knowledge of the Consortium. I just never saw that in this guy. I like the basher and the lunger idea.

Note that we weren't the only one who "offered" a ripper. It is doable; maybe not the ultimate option, but worthy of note.

With out looking at any other post first my thoughts are:
9-10-14-9-13-4-11 -->13-10-14-15-17-4-11 WS or 11-10-14-15-17-4-13 PL

I would go with 9-10-14-15-17-4-15 PL or LU. If you want a bit more ST or Con you can always bump them later with no skill burn.

I see why you posted this guy! Nice setup with lots of options. I probably go with an 11-17 guy. My favorite designs:
11-16-14-11-17-4-11 Tankish Hybrid (slight mod on Consortium's TP)
11-10-14-11-17-4-17 Parry learning style
11-10-14-11-17-10-11 Basher

With that low speed, this looks like a WS to me.
11-11-14-15-17-5-11 or
15-10-14-13-17-4-11
Several PLs were suggested, but personally I don't make PLs (or PR for that matter) with less than 17 WT.

I just realized something. The Consortium's basher would allow me to use...(wait for it)...the morning star.

Yeah I went the safe route with the extra RIP, ATT, and PAR and hoped for a good damage roll of Great. You look like you gambled the other way and went for a shot at Tremendous and hoped for some sort of defensive (RIP and/or PAR) or ATT bonus. I just don't trust my managerial abilities with a marginal style, especially for myself PR is less than marginal, to not take an extra 2 RIP, 2 ATT, and 2 PAR.
Either could win, if not managed by me, at a decent clip. Yours does look more fun, or likely frustrating for me, mine is the "safer" option; IMHO. But then again we know safe usually means more boring .
