I seem to fight well with the warhammer and the mace, but not
the maul or fist.
56-150-27 WH
1-5-2 MA
0-24-0 ML
0-3-0 FI
Addendum: Contrarily, his faves were ML, Vhi/Vlo, Init Routines
21-4-10-17-9-12-11 BA
Thought fave was QS
QS 17-81-25 4 kills
ML 1-10-2
HL 1-23-9
FAVES: ML
I read thru this entire thread today looking for patterns in determining a warriors favorite weapon. Afterwards, I concluded there really is very little "method to the madness" so to speak. The warriors above are just two examples I found. Clearly the WH and QS appear to be the favorites for each, but weren't.
I guess my question is this....how often do you correctly determine the favorite weapon before graduation? After looking thru your data and your guesses, it seems almost like an exercise in futility.

Depends on the style - ST is very hard.
I used to say I was 50/50 - now I believe 40/60 - more wrong than right - HOWEVER, the data certainly helps me find weapons which peform better than others for that warrior.

I gave up trying to figure it out and assumed it was all random. My latest graduate switched from a short sword/hatchet combination to a scimitar and started winning. you would think that was her favorite. No. It was a battle axe. She doesn't even have the stats for a battle axe.
I had another guy in advance who was a size 5 striker. I gave him a great axe his entire career because I wanted to get he most damage for such a little guy. His favorite was a scimitar.

It is true that for some warriors in ADM, the fave weapon does bot seem to work/crit as well as others.
It is also true that for most, the fave seems to work best - no matter how suited/unsuited.
Track the info for faves; it is well worth the time.

Thanks! We needed that!
In fact, we may need to put bounties out on all Consortium warriors. If we allow him to reach 1000, there is no telling what may happen after that! I think it might be far wiser for us to keep him on this goal. The repercussions of #1000 may be far more dangerous.
That kind of talk is what got the Saints in trouble.

So I'm assuming at 1000 graduates, you'll be retiring? I havent read the whole thread, who needs to when there are 965 graduates under your thumb. Heres hoping that its just a milestone and you decide to continue to play, even for players like me that dont play as much as I would like to, seeing you around makes this game worth while.

You should at MOST partially retire. I could see reducing teams but leaving us for good? PSHAW!
Don't make me start another Aruak Invasion OR put a bounty on all your higher FE warriors and siccing "Killer" Mannequin on them all; or Floyd! They will NOT survive to graduation if you continue this claim of retirement (full)!
Besides even partial retirement would decimate RSI's income .... total retirement would destroy it! You are the AIG of Duel2 ... "Too big to fail"! (I'll set Geithner on your tail; as I know that would sicken you greatly!!! )
To be more accurate you would indeed be sorely missed!
Otherwise how could I continue to brag about causing your "Un-retirement" any longer if you retired again! It's my biggest claim to fame in this game ... if not near to my only thus far (with no TCs ). I did just get another 6 awards in Tobir - making a streak of ALL 7 awards, 6 awards, 3 awards, 4 awards (with a tie at 8-7-0 for a semi-5th award), and now 6 awards. That means I'll have 7 free turns in a row and hopefully still counting !
Jeff aka Street Legal aka Khauran in your new HW game. See you in HYRK or TURA lands!
PS- I accidentally just peaked at the turn 729 NL, didn't remember that it updated today, another 6 awards so gonna' be 8 free turns - with 3 turns to try and get another 6 awards and add to the total!
Just graduated my 2nd ever PS woo-hoo! Will update my Best turn ever thread soon!!!
