maybe a BA:
15-8-16-17-11-6-11 BA
your SL works too but I would go 11 STR 15 WL on it...LU or PL would have worked too for those numbers |

Burning to me means raises stats quickly to a skill point in the fewest attempts. Expecting a 3rd raise could cost you 5-10 tries of getting nothing. |

It ain't for the faint of heart or the impatient. Burnt skills are burnt skills to me. You could always hold off on the third WT raise (or all of them) and wait to bust out later if it's learning well already. |
