13-7-16-9-13-3-9
I find this guy interesting. To me, he designs himself at 13-7-16-15-17-3-13, possibly 15-7-16-15-17-3-11, not sure what style. As an offensive, he's handicapped by the low speed, as a defensive, he's handicapped by the low con. I have had success with low speed lungers in the past, but I'm not sure if that's the way I want to go. One interesting note, Terrablood's simulator gives him a better chance for Tremendous damage with the 13 strength (I'm guessing due to small sample size).
I may never run this guy. I don't really plan on playing this team, and he's unlikely to make any tourney rosters with my limited budget, but I'm curious what others think.

13-7-16-9-13-3-9 -----> 13-7-16-15-17-5-11 LU
is INTELLIGENT
Ini: 10 With a very agressive and clever fighting style
Rip: 4
Att: 12 Makes very clever attacks
Par: 2
Def: 6 Avoids blows well
Dec: 6
Should get great damage with a decent shot at good endurance. Look for Ex ATT making it +4. You can also see any DEF bonus on this guy if he gets Incredibly Quick and Elusive.

We prefer the 15ST/11DF version and as a ST where natural quickness and decise can hopefully overcome the low SP.

I might just embrace the 3 SP and go:
13-7-16-9-13-3-9 --> 15-13-16-9-17-3-11 TP
or if you like burners:
13-7-16-9-13-3-9 --> 14-13-16-9-19-3-10 TP
Not tournament caliber, but would make a fine arena warrior.

My design philosophy is that if it isn't 17 or higher wit, I de-emphasize wit. This guy looks better to me doing just that.
15-11-16-11-17-3-11 looks like a reasonable hybrid.
13-13-16-10-19-3-10 looks like a fun burner
One of those designs is most likely what I'd choose.

I kind of do the same thing, but I'll go with a 15 WT if I can get it. Usually the same rule for WL, but a lot more flexible there, it depends on the other numbers.
As for this warrior in general, if it's not on a team already I wouldn't recommend running it, in hopes of a TV. I've had a whole slew of guys like this, I went through a size 17 kick a while back, graduated 2 LU out of about 10. I can tell you that they do about .500 in tourneys and a bit better in arenas.
