One thing about low ST and TP's - by far the most successful TP's I've had have been 5 and 7 ST starting out. Two graduated at 18-3 (One's 30-10 now after losing 2 in a row), the other at 18-2. That's one thing an offensive TP doesn't really need.

I think he nailed down quickness statements (though I'm not sure because I had a guy learn 18 DEF skills to get Expert and had Slow on his feet statement, I can't find all his fights to confirm though, DOH!). The activity level breakoff is pretty accurate at 12 skills (RIP+INI) I believe as I've had 3 guys with 12 skills and no statement confirmed, I've had 1 guy with what I believe to be 11 combined get the sow and Inactive statement so I'm still hanging on for the 10 or 11 RIP skills to find out whether he's bonused in RIP (The 38 FE WoS who hasn't learned 1 RIP skill yet that is)!

I just found another WS with no activity statement who has 5 INI/4 RIP. This would suggest +3 in those areas if the charts were correct. Is anyone doing work to correct these charts right now? I know Assur worked up the Quickness of foot statements just wondering about activity?!?!
