I'm overwhelmed by the possibilities, I'm feeling a
5-10-3-17-21-13-15 L , PL or ST
although I'm a little worried about the little damage he will have no matter what, perhaps something more defensive would be better suited for the size.
Any thoughts?

I wouldn't go parry anything on this one. Parrying is probably its least favorable skill. I would probably go slasher myself. Most would probably go LU. If the WT/WL were reversed I would probably go Striker, but they aren't so I wouldn't. To me, you need a 21 WT for a premium striker.
Lunger is what most people would probably do, but I like the Slasher cause you get the favorite weapons (SC) and you just go all skills from here on out. With a lunger you are limited in weapons.

I would almost certainly make it:
10-10-3-17-21-12-11
As for style, I think LU would offer the most success, but it could really be anything besides an AB.

We echo OAB! This is our choice. LU is, as he said, probably the call. We might just go with a ST/SL, though.
