Hi all,
Turn 2 has been posted today:
http://www.reality.com/duel2/modules/Newsletters/020news.htm
While the personal ads went up, attendance took a bit of a dive compared to last turn. Hopefully, those who missed this turn, as well as those who still haven't entered the arena after saying they would, will make an appearance next turn.
Oh, you wanted a spoiler? I clobbered your guy.

ST: For whatever reason, my team didn't run (kind of infuriating, as may intention was to fight every fight). The starting 4-1 will be wasted for the 3 turn summary next month.
Bash4Cash will be there turn 3. The fight entries are being mailed today. |

Thanks for the head's up. First we get funky hidden newsletters packed with Consortium leftovers from a different century and now we have teams whose turns don't get processed. It's one thing to run a basher, but another to be treated like one. Our lot in life is not an easy one. |

Mine ran 3-2 and I know my buddy's team Club Club was supposed to run but did not. No idea what is going on. I know he will be there next turn though. |

Put your team on maintenance and you won't have to worry about them not running. |

Well aware of that one. They also run when you don't want them to |

By the way, if any of you were one of the four challenges of mine that went through (one of which I lost), it was nothing personal...you were most likely close to the top of the rankings and I wanted to clear a path for the Duelmaster.

Different century? Gee, that hurts! It may be true, but we don't need any reminders af the aging process at all. |

I thought "century" was giving you the benefit of the doubt, but I didn't want to risk mispelling the word "Jurassic." |

I'll be back turn 3. Kept procrastinating on filling out the turn until I realized it was too late. Tried to get them on maintenance with an email but they didn't get it until several days after I sent it. Oh well next turn beware Club Club! |

It must be hard writing down all of those 10's. Welcome back. |

Well, that explains why you did so well first turn. 10's on all the stats means you shocked your opponents with mediocrity far beyond any normal basher. Maybe next time you'll remember to actually add the 14 points to the base numbers. |

See you all next turn in The Stomping Grounds as I take one for the team in honor of SwineTiger. This is against my better judgement... |

Um, I hate to break it to you, but this arena is against ALL of our better judgement.
Thanks for giving it a shot! And by "it" I mean both the arena and your reputation.
