Wish I could provide em. No newsletter with fedex.

Ok ? for the late round tourney impaired....

warrior of mine lost in 10th round, went 8-2, warrior he fought was 9-1. Said my guy was eliminated. Was that the TC fight and if so did I just get my first TV? OR am I waaaaaay to hopeful?

8 wins=TV You did it! WOOHOO! As far as that being the TC fight there is no way to know without the newsletter. Warriors who are not tied for the best record at the end of 10 rounds are automatically eliminated. If you won 8 fights you TV'd!

Don't forget to write TV in front of your first challenge with that warrior each turn.

I got my FedEx envelope about an hour ago. I've not had time to do anything more than look at the records of my warriors when they were eliminated. Here's a quick run-down:

16 entries
2 warriors went 7-3
3 Warriors TV'd at 8-2-2, 9-1-0, 10-2-1 (R-Up, maybe?)
2 Warriors eliminated with 0 Losses.
That's two TC's!!!!

It's been two years since I last TC'd. It was the October 2001 MI. And, I got two TC's in that one, also.

What a relief this is! I've been wondering if I would ever TC again. And to get two is great! I can settle a TC debt AND get a clone for myself. If my 10-2 was a R-up, then that evens my TC fight record at 5-5.

I'm sorry to go on and on. I don't usually post spoilers, but I can't help myself! This is too damn exciting. I'm SO happy I emailed Sandy on Monday and asked her to FedEx my results...

I don't want to spoil things too much, so if anyone wants to know what classes my undefeated warriors were in, shoot me an email to:

white1438@juno.com

Good luck to all of you!

Sam

WOOT!! Sam's in da house. Very Happy

I've yet to TC. I played a slow arena for a year and a half and pulled down 1 TV. Needless to say, I'm envious! Razz

Woelfe, one TV for one arena team is nothing to sneeze at. It took me 3 years before I got my 1st TV. When I came back to the game from a 10 year lay-off it took another 3 years. You are way ahead of my curve.

Well, I sent 28 living and 2 dead. I got one living TV and one dead returning. (bringing my total to 7 TV and no TC in 6 mail ins. I am not sure if I should be dissappointed or what. What I thought were my most likely to succeed (4 total ) all went 4-3-0.

I have 4 new dead, all in rookies. One of which is coming back in dead app's next year, if thier is a dead tourney.

My overall record for this tourney is 71-78-0-4(dead ones) So an average of almost 4 fights per entry. (blah.. 1-3-0 on average)

Some significant insights were observed, some really obvious ones. like.. If it don't learn in the arena it is not going to learn in the tourney.... SO much for hoping to break that trend.

I have also learned some things about killing. well mostly from getting killed... like aiming for the head with a high attack guy is gonna get you some kills... Smile especially if you are not trying to protec that area..

I also learned to check all my entries for incorrect inputs before sending em in. Ever send a 11 STR lRipper in with a Halberd? Well that sealed its death... OK well I didnt do that but I did have to correct that error before mailing so it can happen.

Hope all had good luck.. And Congrats to Sandman on 2 TC's
