The Quest, hosted by Toker, is again coming to Fratsfa - appx June 09. Bring in your teams. Can The Flower Girls repeat or will they be deflowered and dethroned?

Please elaborate. I have teams I need to move so this might be an option.

Read the other two Fratsfa Quest threads down below (well below) his one and it will give you an idea of the 'Quest" Toker will be coordinating this one, with the date to start the mid June turn.

Thanks to the Consortium for posting the Quest contest thread. I will be posting the rules and and prizes once everything is approved by RSI. It was a blast to host it the last time and look forward to doing it again. We had a good showing last time, however I would like to see this one have even more managers compete. It will be starting in June. I need to look to make sure but I think the turn is on the 15th. I just want to run a contest that everyone enjoys and that is clear, well managed, and informative.

Also, I'm looking for a more effective tie breaker method. The last was simply who had the highest recognition leader. That wasn't really a good one. I am leanig toward going by win % during the conest and I believe Ghab was the one that put this in my ear. I would love to hear feedback on this and or a better way of tie breaking in a contest.

Its an Andorian arena. I believe kills would be the last thing on the list used as a tie breaker.

I, myself started playing this game in Delarquen arenas and can understand the bloodlust. However, I agree with Otis as this is an a

As an Andorian arena infact kills should be penalization points. Everyone would run how they want but have some disadvantage or a point bonus for lowest kills. I do not know this contest. I have read some history not in memory at the moment. But I definatly concur with the rest you can not rate kills as good in an andorian Arena. Evil or Very Mad

I will post the rules that I have drawn up so I can get the feedback I am looking for. I was going to wait for them to run in the Fratsfa newsletter and then send them on to RSI. I feel this will be quicker and more managers will give their comments. So I will post it later on this evening.l

I looked at firing up my team in 52 but when I looked at it I wondered what I was thinking when I was running it. Confused

I think I will be sitting out this contest unless I move another team in.

And Manager, I know you were disappointed last time by the limit on TPs. However, after discussing it with other managers it seems as if the everyone likes the limit. I would still like for you to show up for this one. Its fun fighting against the better managers of the game.

This is the proposed rules and scoring! Nothing concrete as of yet.

Requirements:

1) Only one team per manager entered in the contest and only one active team in Fratsfa during the contest.
2) Only one TP on your team at a time.( If it dies you may replace it.)
3) You must declare one warrior as your scout. Points will not be scored until a scout is declared.
4)If you bloodfeud, you must use a different warrior each time to score the BF points. (If a warrior is used twice, he will only be awarded the points for the win or points subtracted for the loss.)
5) You must declare your team in the p-ads to be entered.
6) A Champion is not required (manager's choice). Champions must be declared on their first fight of the contest.
7) There will be a fifty 50 fight minimum to qualify for prizes. The total fights will be 75 and if RSI approves it will be 67 out of 75 fights to get an endurance prize.

This contest will run 15 turns!!!!!!!
Scoring formula:

Win+ kills- losses= base score
Base score + Variant score = total score

Base score points:
Win= 1 pt.
Kill = 1 pt.
loss = -1pt

Variant score points:
Scout win= 2 pts.
Scout Loss= - 2 pts.
Scout death = - 3 pts.
Champion win= 3 pts.
Champion loss= - 3 pts.
*Duelmaster= 1 pt.
* Current top team= 3 pts.
Successful Bloodfeud= 2 pts.
Failed Bloodfeud= -2
Highest upchallenge win= + 5 ( as stated in Newsletter)
Largest downchallenge win= -5
loss= -7

20 points will be awarded to all teams who write a 5 paragraph team spotlight. Must be in by contests second turn.

I removed the most avoided pts. and anything with the * by it is new. I will list the finalized rules after I get some feedback and submit it to RSI . Also I will list the prizes once the commission lets me know what they are going to put up. I will put some certs myself for the prizes as I did in the last one.
