We are beginning to believe that Trip belongs to the TUM managing and sandbagging prediction methodology. "Can't win; new season, no warriors, everyone is better: no skills; etc - then BLAMMO - win, win, win, ........." |

Won 26-0 to get to 7-0.
Final game of the regular season next week against a team that is 6-1 and undefeated in the conference. So it is a must win game to have a first round bye in the playoffs.
If we lose that one we play again immediately on Wed. If we win we get a bye wed and play sat. |

Won our final game 28-6 to finish the regular season 8-0 and win our 2nd South Conference title for the 2nd year in a row.
On to the Mid Florida tournament now now. We get a 1st round bye (the overall 2nd seed) so don't have to play until Saturday.
So 4 years as head coach so far (2 spring seasons with Floriday Youth Spring Tackle League and 2 fall seasons with Pop Warner) and have amassed a record of 32-0 in regular season football, 10-3 in the playoffs (with this years team still to go).
I think after this season I will take a break from spring football and relax for the spring/summer till next season. Coaches already barking at me to coach spring but I am wore out! |
