14-5-10-10-7-12-12 Not very good, is it? Down-right sad, actually. But, I hope that I might be able to squeeze a few wins out of this, THEN send it off to the Dark Arena.
Only two options I see: 15-5-10-13-7-17-17, Striker or Slasher, OR maybe bump the strength and wit: 17-5-10-15-11-13-13, again either ST or SL.
Or maybe I should just give up on the idea of a few quick wins and instead, shove a couple of tickets into its hand and send this trusting soul to a "night concert".
Or something else I haven't thought of before...

14-5-10-10-7-12-12-->15-5-10-16-9-12-17 ST
train the WT to 17 and go skills from there or just save the WT for ADM

17-5-10-15-8-12-17 ST and see how he rolls... a longshot to get poor/great but you never know. Plus it's not often you roll a warrior that's well suited to every single weapon in the game.

Looks like a 15-5-10-16-9-16-13 ST to us, which could win better than you think. Marmaduke's offering is great also. We would certainly run something like this in our stables.

Warriors like these arent about long term. I recently made a guy like this in Lapur, made him a Striker and ran him 10-10, nekked with a SS and he went 3-1-2 before getting killed in bloodfued. It is alot less streesful fighting guys like these, because you don't really care if they die.

echo Consortium's comments. Very much worth rolling on an arena team.
Both Marmaduke's and Consortium's design are solid. There are plenty of minor variations. I go basher (because it's me) instead of striker (but the striker is a better choice) at:

Thank you all for your input! Yes, these thoughts echo mine. I have a couple of very promising fighters, and through "recruitment" hope to get some more, but it's hard to keep DA'ing two or three guys every turn!!
I'll take your ideas to heart and see what happens.

Had one of those who could use anything.
He was 17-6-14-17-9-4-17
Came back great dmg/normal end.
Fav learn def, rhythm lo-lo D, weapon longspear.
Hosed in decise and rip (maybe parry) w/a base ~(37-42), and pretty much learned just att, def, dec.
I ran him fast, slow; in plate, naked; with halberds, epees, and unarmed; modified, unmodified, double-modified.
He was rather fun.
